Territory Leader Info Sheet

Sign-up and confirm your territory on the website at:  www.greggannoncfd.org/churches/st-patricks-church

Sat, Nov. 5th  -- Materials Pick-up at Parish Center 10:00am
Leaders pick up materials for your respective teams at Parish Center. Supplies include: Territory Map; Grocery Bags; Flyers (need to be stapled to bags);"Thank You" Door Hangers; Can Count Sheets (remind helpers to keep track of can counts in each car); & T-Shirts (this # will depend on how many team helpers you have in your territory)

Before the bags are distributed into your territory, you and your teammates will need to staple the GGCFD Flyer to each bag--this year the Scouts may be helping with most of the stapling. (A family note (if desired) can also be stapled to the bags if you want to personalize your collection, but you will need to make copies.)

Sat., Nov. 5th through Thursday Nov. 10th -- Bag Distribution to Houses
Territory Teams distribute empty bags with flyers between Sat and Thursday before the big collection day in your collection area.*  Leave the bags inside the screen door, under the mat, or on the front step.
 *Please note the different “Border Streets” in your territory and collect only from your side of the street.

Saturday, Nov.12th -- Collection Day at St Patrick’s!
8:00 a.m. -- attend kick-off prayer service at the church (followed by coffee & donuts)

9:00-11:00 a.m. -- drive through your territory collecting food

  • leave a “Thank You” Door Hanger on each door;
  • fill out "Can Count Sheet"
  • help sort out Holiday Giving items (applesauce, apple juice, cranberry, green beans, stuffing, turkey gravy & yams)
  • bring bagged cans back to drop off point in St. Patrick’s parking lot…and turn in the “Can Count Sheet;”

**please consider staying at the Parish Center to help with sorting/counting and count down!
